How does shipping & delivery work?

Orders usually ship within 2 working days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. 

Delivery time frames vary depending on your location and do not include despatch times.

Over £60 = FREE SHIPPING

Over USD $70 = FREE SHIPPING 
DHL EXPRESS - USD $25.00 (2-4 working days)
Post NL - USD $5.00 (5-8 working days)

NETHERLANDS / GERMANY
Over €70 = FREE SHIPPING 
Post NL - €5 (3-6 working days)
Post NL Tracked - €7.50 (3-6 working days)

Over AUD $220 = FREE SHIPPING
Post NL - AUD $15 (6-10 working days)
TG EXPRESS – AUD $30-$40 (2-5 working days)

CANADA
Over CAD $210 = FREE SHIPPING

EU
Post NL - €5-€8 (3-7 working days)

Further International shipping can take up to 10+ working days for delivery. 

Please note all time frames are an estimate provided by our shippers and do not include any customs delays.

Once a dispatched email has been sent, please expect your order within stated delivery time. Please note our weekly cut off time is 1pm. During busy times and promotions, the processing time can increase to up to 5 days.

Important Extras

We hold no responsibility for delivery delays from third parties.
Please be patient, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days of stated delivery date you will be eligible for a reship. Please contact us within 30 days of dispatch if your order has been lost so that we can open a claim, if you do not let us know by this time you may not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: All International customers are liable to any customs and duty charged by their country. Furthermore, if delivery is missed, unclaimed and returned to us the customer is liable to any returns fees and will be charged extra for additional shipping.

Please note: All shipping timeframes are based on the advertised date of dIspatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised on the product page), this is the approximate date of despatch and delivery of pre-order items will occur within the timeframes listed above. 

Please note: During sale events and peak times, extended despatch times are expected.

Can I change my shipping address?

Oops, item(s) not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you!  Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and quote your order number at the following email address hello@freakordrink.com and we can change this over for you.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it, so please check your address carefully!

What is pre-order?

Sometimes we can completely sell out before our next round of stock reaches our fulfilment centre. If this happens, we will put products up for pre-order before they've arrived.  We know what date our stock is due to arrive, so this is the date in brackets next to the product name. Provided stock arrives at our warehouse when expected, all orders will then be shipped out to our customers on that specified date.
