Product Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All our decks come shrink wrapped, once opened the item is not legible for refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@freakordrink.com If your return is accepted, the customer is liable to pay and arrange the return shipping. Shipping to yourself will not be refunded and we also have a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will accept returns of incorrectly ordered item or undamaged cards however please note there will be a 20% fee to cover all admin costs, restocking and process fees involved in the transaction. Please note there are no refunds on any digital products sold and food or drink. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item & return the item you have once you email us and everything is organised.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, restocked and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
All requested order cancellations before the order has been dispatched will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%. This is to cover all admin costs, restocking and process fees involved in the transaction.
Returned Goods
*please note, we are not liable for any customs or import duties the destination countries may demand. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research before purchasing.
If your order is returned to the warehouse due to the address being incorrect or uncollected from customs, we will ask you to pay the returns charge and shipping cost required to resend it.
If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
