We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All our decks come shrink wrapped, once opened the item is not legible for refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@freakordrink.com If your return is accepted, the customer is liable to pay and arrange the return shipping. Shipping to yourself will not be refunded and we also have a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customs
*please note, we are not liable for any customs or import duties the destination countries may demand. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research before purchasing.
If your order is returned to the warehouse due to the address being incorrect or uncollected from customs, we will ask you to pay the returns charge and shipping cost required to resend it.
If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!
Yes, we accept order cancellations as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched via email. If you would like to cancel your order we have a cancellation fee of 20% as stated in our shop policies to cover our admin and processing fees.
If you wish to change some items in your order please make sure you email us before this has been dispatched.
If this has already been dispatched unfortunately, we are unable to amend the item and accept exchanges. We suggest ordering the correct game you wish to receive and then request for a return once you have received your order.
If you need to change the delivery address and we have not fulfilled your order, please email us at hello@freakordrink.com with the correct address to update. If your order has been shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation, your address can no longer be changed, as the product is now on its way and we suggest contacting your local post to see if they can redirect to your new address.

Once a dispatched email has been sent, please expect your order within stated delivery time. Please note our weekly cut off time is 1pm. During busy times and promotions, the processing time can increase to up to 5 days.
A pre order means that our game is currently out of stock. However, you can still secure yourself a game whilst we are waiting for our next delivery of games to arrive. The estimated delivery times of restock are stated in the product description. If we receive our delivery sooner we will send out your pre order sooner.
Yes, we understand everyone wants some privacy. Therefore all of our games are delivered in plain mailers to ensure that delivery is discreet.
We designed the original couple game based on a straight relationship, however the cards can be adapted to your preference. We have also just introduced our brand new Hers & Hers Edition and His & His Edition.
If you have placed an order using your email please check your inbox and junk folders as emails may get redirected to another folder. If you placed an order using your mobile number the confirmation would be sent via text message. Please check all emails as you may have completed checkout using a different email address.
